In days of old a duel was initiated with a glove slap between the dueling parties. For purposes here I’m renaming the glove slap to napkin slap.
So I am giving myself a napkin slap to add a salad to lunch and dinner everyday. I’d napkin slap my sister at The Chompetition but she’s juicing for a couple days.
Rules: salads must include vegetables, but otherwise be made up of healthy, balanced ingredients.
Do you think you can do it for a week? I dont think this is a huge challenge for me because I love salad, but my little munchers are a tad pickier. I’d love to hear how your week went so please let me know!
